I have decided to take down my I-130 Spousal Visa website, as the information was getting increasingly out of date. It was created in 1999 and, although the process is still broadly similar, I would hate to mislead anyone who might base any of their decisions on my experiences.

There are lots of personal experience sites on the web, as well as support communities. Whatever information you pick up from these sites, remember to check it with official sources.

The very best source of information, in my opinion, is that provided by the US consulate in London.
